A few reminders and notes:

• You've received an invitation to access the event app.  We'll send a reminder, but you can also access the app here. The app has your schedule, exhibit info, posters and more.
• You can also access event info (including session handouts) via the online event guide here.  Handouts will be posted by late Friday.
• Internet will not be available in the meeting rooms but is available in the hotel lobby - you may want to download session handouts in advance.
• Both Washington and Oregon will have the ever-popular fundraising raffle with great items, including books, wine, baskets, cheese, and gift cards.  Tickets are $1.00 each.  We'd prefer that you purchase tickets with a credit or debit card (we're using Square for this).  A handy reminder - if you have return address labels with your name, that's a great way to mark your tickets.
• Monday includes both posters and an exhibitor session.  We are grateful for the support of these companies.  Do plan to both review posters in the app and visit posters  - this year's accepted submissions are exceptional.
• Tuesday lunch includes the opportunity to participate in a number of table topics.  We'll have a list of those topics on the event agenda and tables will be marked.  Plan to join the conversation.
