Clinical Dietitian
Dietitian - PACE/ElderPlace in Cully and Irvington sites
Schedule: Mon-Fri Day shift; This is a hybrid position that would allow some remote work.
Job Description:
The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitors and documents the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree Nutrition, Food and Nutrition and/or Dietetics (Educational requirements as established by the American Dietetic Association)
-National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
-Oregon Dietitian License if working in this location within 6 months of hire.
-One year Experience in clinical setting for generalist.
