Health At Every Size (HAES) Workshop- POSTPONED

Join us for a night with Amy Esatto, RDN, LD, eating disorder specialist trained in Health At Every Size (HAES) and motivational interviewing. Amy is the dietitian behind This Healthy Self, and is here to share her passions with you!
The Health at Every Size (HAES) approach is a continuously evolving alternative to the weight-centered approach to treating clients and patients of all sizes. It is also a movement working to promote size-acceptance, to end weight discrimination, and to lessen the cultural obsession with weight loss and thinness.
Cost: free for PAND members, $10 for non-members.
1.5 CEUs will be offered for attending Registered Dietitians!!
How to get there:
- Location will at Legacy Emanuel Medical Office Building 2 (off of Graham Street, across from Parking Structure 2).
- Feel free to park on Graham Street or Parking Structure 2. The conference room is outside of the main building, right by Valet Parking.
Motivation Interviewing Workshop
Time: 6-8pm
Location: Legacy Emmanuel Hospital
**Continuing education credit will be offered for Registered Dietitians!

We'll also have some raffle prizes (wine, anyone?) so bring a few dollars in cash to participate!
Cost: free for PAND members, $10 for non-PAND members at the door.

2019 PAND Wine Social

Join us for our first event of the 2019-2020 year!
Cost: Free for members, $10 for non-members
Meet and network with local dietitians at our first event of the year! Entry includes one complimentary glass of wine and tasty appetizers. Share your creative ideas for the year, vote for upcoming events you'd like to see, and meet your 2019-2020 board members.
Join PAND as a member before the social (membership is $25, or $5 for students) which gives you free access to our events all year long. You can also sign up at the event!
