Position Description

This position supports all wellness initiatives on campus, including but not limited to:
-Menu development of allergen, vegan, vegetarian diets in coordination with the Executive chefs.
- Provides: 1:1 small group, large group, athletic, faculty, staff consultations/speaking/teaching engagements.
- Works with Food Service team onsite to assure sanitation and safety compliance per state and federal guidelines.
- Sustainability officer for onsite team.
-Stays abreast of current science.

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited Nutrition or Dietetics program and Registration by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
•Licensed/Certified per State requirements currently or upon hire.
•Maintains continuing education credits as mandated by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics of 75 credits every 5 years.
•Previous experience as a clinical or wellness dietitian preferred.
•Previous experience with menu planning specific to allergen-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.

Desired Qualifications

- Previous experience running wellness in higher education or corporate areas.
- High energy individual with self motivation.
- Individual with ability to create and generate events/programs with minimal direction.
