6. Tube feeding conference next year in Moses Lake, Seattle, and Vancouver. Vancouver date is tentatively set for April 30.02
7. Obesity prevention in special need kids. training available in Tennessee at Boling Center
8. 5 a day info. available. sign up for it at www.5aday.com
9. Healthy at any size take being put on by OHSU intership on April 25th

12. Enfamil Lipil is not covered by WIC. The new Enfacare(added DHA) will be covered.Treasurer's Report:
Balance is $1979.10 includes 3 new members and 2 renewalsOld Business:
1. NICU Guidelines were updated in september. will be available on the CDRC web site or on the PNPG web site in PDF file. Will be updated as formulas, guidelines change.2. By laws were approved by the Executive Committee. We are still working on how the new member packets are distributed, and the contents of the packets. Will submit by laws to ODA for comment.
3. ADA-PNPG reorgainization: scholarships/stipends for speakers are now handled by the Scholarship Committee of PNPG. appilcations must be in by May.
New Business:
1. The practice group has adopted an intern from the OHSU internship: Her name is Diane Cook. Welcome Diane. Everyone should have received a bio on Diane a couple of weeks ago.2. For our holiday meeting we as a group agreed to sponsor a needy family, as opposed to doing a gift exchange this year. Tiare Sanna, MS, RD with Washington County WIC has provided us with the name of the family and the items needed:
This is a migrant family, but their camp is closing, so they will be moving into a room that they are going to rent from another family.
Mother: Amelia Jimenez-Martinez
Father: Daniel Dominguez (pant size 30 waist; short stature)
Eddie Dominguez D.O.B. 9/9/00 (small for age)
Ivon Dominguez D.O.B. 8/12/02 (Exclusively BF infant) (small for age)In addition to gift certificates and/or food, the family could use a space heater, blankets, warm clothes, toys , etc.
So, it would be great if everyone could bring something for this family at our December 12 meeting.
3. In addition to supporting this family the group agreed to purchase five $20 gift certificates to Fred Meyer or WinCo to give to needy families.
