Student Outstanding Achievement Award

The Outstanding Student Achievement Awards recognize emerging leadership potential in the field of dietetics through academic success and achievements in campus and dietetic-related professional organization activities, work (paid and/or volunteer) experience, as well as personal integrity and character. Two awards are available to incoming seniors, current seniors, graduate students and/or dietetic interns.

Award Criteria:

  • Must be nominated by a program director by February 1
  • Must be an Oregon Academy student member, as of December 31st of the year prior to the award being given (i.e., for the 2017 awards, students must be members as of 12/31/16)
  • Can be an incoming senior, active senior, graduate student or intern
Candidates for this award are first nominated by a program director by February 1, 2017.

The Oregon Academy Scholarship Awards Chair contacts nominees and begins the process of a formal application submission.
